		<description>I have tried breathing exercises for panic/anxiety attacks and they do diddly squit for me. 

Plus they incredibly boring and cause me to focus more on my symptoms than if i were to say go do some cross stitching. At least with the cross stitching i get so absorbed in what im doing that i literally forget about the panic attack and the symptoms im getting.</description>
